Yoga is a union between body, mind and Spirit. It is a journey into the deepest depths of your being and an exploration of who you really are. Yoga is an ancient science of self-realization. It is a way for us to connect to the ever-changeless, ever-infinite Divine within.

Yoga is about much more than physical postures and flowing movements. Yoga includes everything from asana (postures) and pranayama (breathing) to chanting, mantra, meditation (one of the most important practices) to service, diet, lifestyle and beyond. Yoga is not just a physical practice but a way of being.
